Hi, I’m Dr. Eric Chatterley. I practiced dentistry for 13 years, including 10 years as a private practice owner. During that time, I learned firsthand how rewarding and how challenging ownership can be. My team and patients truly felt like family, and the values that guided me then—gratitude, integrity, hard work, and compassion—continue to guide everything I do today.

After selling my practice, I felt called to make a greater impact by helping other dentists succeed. That’s what led me to create CTC Pathways—a dental practice coaching and mentorship company dedicated to guiding new dental practice owners through one of the most pivotal times of their careers. Unlike many traditional dental consulting companies that offer one-size-fits-all advice, we take a personal approach, working one-on-one with dentists to provide real-world insight, encouragement, and strategies that truly fit their unique practice vision. I know the road can be overwhelming, but I also know it can be incredibly fulfilling when you have the right culture, leadership, and support in place. My mission is to walk alongside dentists, offering real-world insight, encouragement, and strategies that help them thrive not only in their practice but in their lives.

When I’m not coaching, I love spending time with my wife, Candice, our five children and son-in-law, and our two dogs—Copper and Chip. Family is everything to me. I enjoy being outdoors, volunteering at my church, and working with the youth program. But above all, I find the most joy in serving others, whether it’s at home, in my community, or in the dental profession I deeply care about.
